Background:

Rezoning case BAZ 1848 (A-1 to CG) was approved by the Broken Arrow City Council on June 24, 2010, subject to the property being platted.  The property, which contained 25.48 acres, is located on the northwest corner of Aspen Avenue and the Creek Turnpike.  On June 6, 2013, the plat “Aspen Creek Towne Centre I” was recorded in Tulsa County for 6.01 acres. 

 

Zoning Change:  A-1 (Agricultural) to CG (Commercial General)

 

Acreage: 6.01 acres

 

Legal Description for BAZ 1848

 

All of Aspen Creek Towne Centre I, an addition to the City of Broken Arrow, Tulsa County, Oklahoma being a subdivision of the East Half of Section 33, Township 18 North, Range 14 East of the Indian Meridian, plat no. 6475.
