Background:
Rezoning case BAZ-2063 (A-1 to RS-3), which contains 40 acres, was approved by the Broken Arrow City Council on September 21, 2021. The City Council approved BAZ-2063 subject to the property being platted. The subject property was platted as Presley Reserve Blocks 1-2 in Tulsa County on July 1, 2022. The property is generally located one-half mile east of Olive Avenue (129th East Avenue) and one-quarter mile south of Tucson Street (121st Street).
Staff recommends that the Council approve Ordinance No. 3822 and approve the emergency clause.
