Background:
Rezoning case BAZ-2050 (A-1 to RS-3) and PUD-306, which contains 53.54 acres, was approved by the Broken Arrow City Council on June 2, 2020. The City Council approved BAZ-2050 & PUD-306 subject to the property being platted. A 12.76-acre portion property was platted as Elysian Fields II in Tulsa County on June 20, 2025. The property is generally located one-quarter mile east of Garnett Road (113th East Avenue) and one-quarter mile south of Tucson Street (121st Street).
Staff recommends that the Council adopt Ordinance No. 3882 and approve the Emergency Clause.
