Background:
The 6th Street Widening project improved the intersection of 6th and Kenosha. It widened the intersection for a turn lane on 6th, repaired multiple driveway approaches and accomplished a mill and overlay to the north drive of the Public Safety Complex.
Change Order #1 addresses the following additions/deletions/changes to the contract:
- Final Quantity overrun and underruns.
The total cost for Change Order #1 amounts to $33,589.57
