Background:
The Rushbrooke Homeowners Association (HOA) requested the City of Broken Arrow’s assistance mediating erosion that has occurred over the past 10 years. The erosion is threatening lot lines and utilities in the backyard of some homes. The City agreed to assist with engineering a solution and using City forces to take corrective action. The HOA will reimburse the City for all materials purchased. An empty residential lot will be used for construction access of the planned erosion control project. The attached Temporary Construction Easement conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow from John and Dixie McReynolds, husband and wife, the owners. Staff has reviewed this action and recommends approval.
