Approval of and authorization to execute Albany Corridor Study Pay Request Number 2 to Cowan Group Engineering through the Sales Tax Capital Improvement (STCI) Program in association with the Stoney Creek Hotel and Conference Center

Background:
Cowan Group Engineering (CGE) is requesting partial payment of the Albany Corridor Study (ACS) associated with the Stoney Creek Hotel and Conference Center. These services will lead to final plans for specific street improvements along Albany between Elm Place and Hillside Drive that will improve traffic/pedestrian activity in the area. The attached document references pay request number 2 in the amount of $9,367.17. The study and conceptual design fee totals $47,904.00
City staff has reviewed the pay request and recommends approval. Payment will be through the Vision 2025 sales tax program.
Cost: $9,367.17 (STCI Funds, Future Reimbursement from Vision 2025)
