Background:
Engineering & Construction Department staff negotiated a Professional Consultant Services Agreement with Marquardt Engineering, PLLC for design of a residential street rehabilitation project in the South Park Estates Third Addition subdivision. The agreement includes design services to provide plans, for bidding and construction purposes, for the rehabilitation and replacement of concrete pavement panels, curb and gutter, sidewalk, curb ramps, inlets, and adjustment of manholes and valve boxes to grade as well as other miscellaneous appurtenances.
Cost: $82,500.00
