The attached Temporary Construction Easement is being donated to the City of Broken Arrow by Aaron D. Meek, the owner. Parcel 3.A consists of 0.1075 acres of Temporary Construction Easement for the Diocese Channel Stabilization, a tract of land that is in the Northeast Quarter of Section 20, Township 18 North, Range 14 East, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma.
