Background:
The BA Public Works Field Office project is to renovate the building for field services personnel
Change Order No. 1 addresses the following additions/deletions/changes to the contract:
- To install Fire suppression, electrical, and fire alarm panels within the building. All work to extend fire suppression, fire alarm panels, egress, and exit lighting to the warehouse area. The electrical work is included.
- There is a 55 day change in contract time.
The total cost for Change Order No. 1 amounts to $102,670.57
The additional cost associated with these changes is as follows:
