Background:
Rezoning case BAZ-2096 (A-1 to RS-3) and PUD-326, which contained 58.26 acres, was approved by the Broken Arrow City Council on December 21, 2021, subject to the property being platted. The plat for Pine Valley Ranch (39.13 acres) was filed in Tulsa County on June 26, 2024. The property is generally located one-half mile north of New Orleans Street (101st Street) and west of Olive Avenue (129th East Avenue).
Staff recommends that the Council adopt Ordinance No. 3865 and approve the Emergency Clause.
