Approval and authorization of Final Acceptance for the public improvements at Stone Horse II - III located on 129th East Avenue between 121st Street South and 131st Street South

Background:
Developers Paving Company, LLC and A & A Asphalt, Inc. has completed the construction for Stone Horse II and III. The required improvements are in accordance with approved construction plans and appropriate construction documents. These improvements have been constructed under the supervision of the City of Broken Arrow, Department of Engineering and Construction.
Said Improvements are the following: (1) Water; (2) Storm Sewer; (3) Sanitary Sewer and (4) Paving.
The owner desires to donate the public improvements identified above to the City. These improvements have an approximate value of $1,295,913.22.
