Ratification, approval of and authorization to execute Resolution No. 1580, a Resolution of the Broken Arrow City Council ratifying, approving and authorizing the filing and execution of a Plat and Deed Of Dedication involving land described as Lot One, Block One, conditional plat of Sunset Amphitheatre, a part of the NW/4 of Section 20, Township 18 North, Range 15 East of the Indian Base and Meridian, Broken Arrow, OK and approve and authorize extension of closing date for the property transaction to on or before May 24, 2024

Background:
City staff are working on closing the property transaction with NotesLive regarding the Amphitheatre. Accordingly, a Plat and Deed of Dedication was previously filed for the property in the name of the Broken Arrow Economic Development Authority. Per title commitment and insurance requirements, it was requested that a new Plat and Deed of Dedication be filed in the name of the City of Broken Arrow and ratified by the City Council. The attached Resolution No. 1580 ratifies the action taken and allows for the transaction to now be closed.
