Background:
Engineering & Construction Department staff negotiated a Professional Consultant Services Agreement with Marquardt Engineering, PLLC for design of an alleyway rehabilitation project of alleyways between Main Street and 1st Street from El Paso Street Broadway Avenue and Elgin Street to Freeport Street for approximately 1,300 linear feet of paving reconstruction. The agreement includes design services to provide plans, for bidding and construction purposes, for the rehabilitation and replacement of asphalt paving, sidewalk connections, relocation of public fiber optic lines, and sanitary sewer line and manhole repairs, as necessary.
Cost: $43,800.00
