Background:
Traditionally, in June the Parks and Recreation Department hosts a series of concerts in Central Park known as “Tuesdays in the Park.” In support of this event, it is proposed that the regularly scheduled City Council meetings in June be rescheduled so that all members of the public have an opportunity to attend the event.
As a result, Staff recommends that the City Council meeting of June 7, 2016, be rescheduled for June 6, 2016, and that the City Council meeting of June 21, 2016, be rescheduled for June 20, 2016.
