Background:
The Parks and Recreation Department has budgeted for the purchase and installation of a shelter replacement for Wedgewood Park. Funds for this purchase are available in the Sales Tax Capital Improvement Fund in the amount of $41,439.80 (Project 2660170, Account Number 3306000-570150). A bid has been received from Poligon through the Sourcewell Cooperative Purchasing contract (formerly NJPA) #010521, City membership #67325. Staff recommends that the Council approve and authorize the purchase from Poligon for the purchase and installation of a shelter replacement for Wedgewood Park.
