Approval of final acceptance for the public improvements for Warren Clinic (water and paving)

Background:
CRS Plumbing and Rupe Building Co. have completed the construction for the Warren Clinic. The required improvements are in accordance with approved construction plans and appropriate construction documents. These improvements were constructed under the supervision of the City of Broken Arrow, Department of Engineering and Construction.
Said Improvement is the following: (1) Water; and (2) Paving.
The owner desires to donate the public improvements identified above to the City. These improvements have an approximate value of $25,605.00.
