Background:
The proposed project is to investigate the functionality and design improvements for NEEDA Pond.
Staff investigated the site and found that the pond appears overgrown, and debris has collected near the inlet and outlet structures, thereby holding water. The pond was originally designed as a dry facility.
Staff is requesting $50,000.00 of the 2018 GO Bond, Proposition 6 for design costs.
This area flows to Haikey Creek.
