Background:
Rezoning case BAZ-1966 (A-1 to CH) and PUD-156, which contained 153.70 acres, was approved by the Broken Arrow City Council on March 21, 2005. The City Council approved BAZ-1966 & PUD-156 subject to the property being platted. A 5-acre portion of the subject property was platted as Regent Corner in Tulsa County on August 27, 2024. The property is generally located one-quarter mile south of the southwest corner of Albany Street (61st Street) and Elm Place (161st E. Avenue).
Staff recommends that the Council adopt Ordinance No. 3859 and approve the Emergency Clause.
