Background:
Tulsa L. Dev., LLC (by Scott Peters) is dedicating an off-site utility easement for purposes providing utility access to a proposed Development. This easement is to serve Phase II of the Park Place, approved by the City Council on September 21, 2021.
The dedication of the 11-foot wide utility easement shown in Exhibit 1 has been reviewed by Staff and is recommended for acceptance.
