End
Background:
This is part of our ongoing effort to increase the capability and efficiency of the IT department. We currently use RMM (Remote Management and Monitoring) as our remote PC and Server administration, remote management, patch deployment, and security management for all PC endpoints in the city network.
SHI is an approved vendor on the Oklahoma state contract and authorized for services under City ordinance per Section 2-27 of the Broken Arrow Code allowing exceptions to the established competitive bidding process.
