Background:

This project is to mitigate erosion along the Indian Springs Golf Course and public storm sewer improvements that discharge onto the Indian Springs Golf Course property. The project was advertised on September 8th, 2026 and September 15th, 2026. Five (5) bids were received on September 29th, 2026. The lowest bidder was Cherokee Pride Construction Inc. for $191,712.00. The engineer’s estimate for the project was $195,538.00.
