Background:
The bid for Traffic Paint 26.117 was advertised in the Tulsa World on September 16, 2025, and again on September 23, 2025. Bid packets were sent to five (5) vendors, with three (3) responses received. Purchasing opened the bids on October 10, 2025, and the bid tabulation is attached for reference.
The lowest responsible bid was submitted by Ennis-Flint Inc. in the amount of $40,932.00.
City staff recommends awarding Bid No. 26.117 to Ennis-Flint Inc. Paint will be purchased on an as-needed basis.
