Title:

title

Acceptance of a Drainage Easement from Immanuel Evangelical Lutheran Church, Inc., for a Regional Stormwater detention facility, on property located quarter mile south of Kenosha Street and east of Aspen , Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma, (Section 9, T18N, R14E)

End

Background:                     Immanuel Evangelical Lutheran Church, Inc. developed the property in the late 1990s and early 2000s.  Detention was a requirement of the development.  Coordination with City staff at that time determined the detention area off of a branch of Haikey Creek that collects and drains a large area of the Kenosha and Aspen intersection and surrounding properties would be a regional facility.  A drainage easement was prepared but never executed.

In conjunction with a Contract Agreement between the Church and the City, which is on General Council Business agenda, the Church has prepared a new drainage easement for execution.

Staff has reviewed the documents and recommends acceptance of the drainage easement.
