Background:
The Turnberry Lift Station is located at 3515 East Dearborn Street in Broken Arrow on the north side of the Turnberry Place subdivision. The lift station was put into operation in 2005 and receives flow from the Turnberry Place, Villas @ Turnberry, and Turnberry subdivisions along with some commercial buildings and the Liberty Elementary School. The Turnberry lift station was identified to need expansion or elimination in the Adams Creek Sewershed Feasibility Report by Garver. The first step in this project will be to determine the feasibility of eliminating this station. Ardurra Group, Inc. has been selected to evaluate a few different options for eliminating the station and providing cost comparisons for these options verses expansion.
Engineering and Construction Department negotiated a Professional Consultant Agreement with Ardurra Group, Inc. to prepare a technical memorandum that investigates expansion of the Turnberry Lift Station or feasibility of elimination. The negotiated agreement amount is $25,000.00.
Cost: $25,000.00
