On October 20, 2015, pursuant to the provisions of 11 O.S. ? 42-110, the City of Broken Arrow adopted Ordinance No. 3367 closing an easement containing 0.1207 acres located at approximately one-half mile south of West Albany Street, east of North Olive Avenue, Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, more particularly described as follows:
