Background:
Engineering & Construction Department staff negotiated a Professional Services Agreement with Smith-Roberts Land Services, Inc. for assistance with acquisition of three (3) parcels on the 23rd Street Widening project from Albany Street to Omaha Street. The agreement includes services to provide title reports and appraisals for each parcel. During the acquisition process, Smith-Roberts Land Services discovered the need to acquire one (1) additional parcel. The amendment revises the original fee by $10,450, for an amended total of $42,050, to acquire the additional parcel.
