Approval of final acceptance for the storm sewer public improvements for The Shops at Aspen Creek

Background:
MSB Construction has completed the construction of the storm sewer for The Shops at Aspen Creek. The required improvement is in accordance with the approved construction plans and appropriate construction documents. This improvement was constructed under the supervision of the City of Broken Arrow, Department of Engineering and Construction.
Said Improvement is the following: (1) Storm Sewer.
The owner desires to donate the public improvements identified above to the City. This improvement has an approximate value of $875,417.00
