Background:
The City Council amended Chapter 3.5 in August 2025 to, among other things, provide for Section 3.5-2.1, Special Use Permit for Commercial Air Tour Operations. This amendment corrects the department to which applications for permits under this Section are to be submitted, reviewed, and processed by changing it from the City Clerk to the Director of Community Development.
