Background:

The attached Temporary Construction Easement is being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow, a municipal corporation, from Daniel Taylor, the owner. Tract 1 consists of 0.05 acres of Temporary Construction Easement, is being donated for the 37th Street, Albany to Kenosha Roadway Improvements located at 20925 E 65th Street, Broken Arrow, Oklahoma in the Northwest Quarter of Section 5, Township 18 North, Range 15 East, Wagoner County, State of Oklahoma. Project No. ST1413A

A copy of the signed Temporary Construction Easement is attached.
