Approval of and authorization to execute Amendment No. 2 to a Professional Consultant Agreement with Olsson Associates for Design of a Broken Arrow Industrial Collector Street and Water Line Extension (Project No. ED1701)

Background:
This is a project to build a two-lane Industrial Minor Collector Street for the Alfa Laval expansion. It will require the construction of approximately 2,700 linear feet of an Industrial Minor Collector Street in the vicinity of 9th Street between Houston Street and Washington Street on the east side. A 12-inch water line will be extended from 9th Street east along the north side of the new street to connect to a 24-inch water main located on the east end of the project.
This amendment is for the preparation of the environmental checklist document per Oklahoma Department of Transportation’s (ODOT) guidance outlined in the Instruction and Guidance for Regulatory Provisions Checklist for Non-FHWA Funded projects. This document is required for the ODOT funding of this project.
Cost: $10,000.00
