Background:
The attached use agreement grants a non-exclusive license to allow Broken Arrow Rugby Football Club (BARFC) to use the Events Park and more particularly described as the area depicted in Exhibit A of the attached use agreement (Premises). The use of the Premises is to allow BARFC, a non-profit organization, to operate a youth rugby league.
Use agreement highlights include:

• BARFC will pay the City a user fee of five dollars ($5.00) per game and per two-hour period for scrimmages, tryouts, camps, clinics, and training sessions.
• BARFC will supply, solely at their own expense, all necessary equipment and supplies to operate a rugby league.
• BARFC will not be permitted to store supplies or equipment on Premises.
• BARFC will supply paint for field lines and mark said lines throughout the life of the contract.
• BARFC has been made aware of and fully accepted that future improvements to the Premises may take place, which would require BARFC to relocate.
