Background:
Effective July 1, 2023, our Insurance Broker changed to Alliant Insurance Services. As such, our Benefit Services Management Agreement (BSM) with Gilsbar/HealthComp requires section 8.18 to be updated with the new applicable broker name and fee. Section 8.18 will be replaced as follows:
