Background:

Rezoning case BAZ 1894 (A-1 to IL) and PUD 221 were approved by the Broken Arrow City Council on July 16, 2013, subject to the property being platted.  The property is located west of Evans Road, south of State Highway 51.  The plat, Molded Products, was recorded in Wagoner County on June 16, 2014.

 

Zoning Change:  A-1 (Agriculture) to IL (Industrial Light) and PUD 221

 

Acreage: 4.66 acres

 

Legal Description for BAZ 1894 and PUD 221

All of Molded Products located in the Northeast Quarter (NE/4) of Section Twenty (20), Township Eighteen (18) North, Range Fifteen (15) East, an addition to the City of Broken Arrow, Wagoner County, Oklahoma
