Background:
Rezoning case BAZ 1894 (A-1 to IL) and PUD 221 were approved by the Broken Arrow City Council on July 16, 2013, subject to the property being platted. The property is located west of Evans Road, south of State Highway 51. The plat, Molded Products, was recorded in Wagoner County on June 16, 2014.
