Background:
The City requires the Construction Phase Services of the Professional Consultant, R.L. Shears Company, P.C., who designed the referenced Federal TAP Grant project in order to successfully complete the construction of the project. The Broken Arrow Bicycle and Pedestrian Improvements Project consists of the construction of sidewalk and sidepath and HAWK Pedestrian Beacons at Pittsburg St. and Elm St., Washington St. and Juniper Ave. and New Orleans St. and Oak Ave. The Construction Phase Services consist of attending Pre-Construction meetings, review of submittals, assistance with responses to questions and Requests For Information (RFI’s), attending progress meetings and providing design changes during construction as required. This project is currently in construction.
Cost: $15,000.00
