Background:
Bid 24.160 for Bermuda Sod was advertised for two consecutive weeks and followed the 20-day bidding process. One bid was received and opened on June 7th, 2024. Only one bid was received for 24.160. Whereas, after careful review and consideration, it has been determined that accepting the submitted bid would not be in the best interest of the City of Broken Arrow and its residents.
This decision is made to ensure that any future procurement efforts better meet the City's needs and uphold the standards expected by its residents.
