Background:
Rezoning case BAZ 1942 (R-1 to RS-3) and PUD 240 were approved by the Broken Arrow City Council on October 6, 2015, subject to the property being platted. The plat, Villas at Bricktown, was recorded in Tulsa County on November 10, 2016. The property contains 11.58 acres.
Zoning Change: R-1 to RS-3 along with PUD 240.
