Background:

BAZ-002374-2025 is a request to rezone 9.15 acres from AG (Agricultural) to IL (Industrial Light), a Planning Unit Development permit (PUD-002550-2025), for a proposed laydown yard for an adjacent light industrial operation. The property is located one-half mile south of Washington Street (91st Street), one-half mile east of the Creek Turnpike, and one-half mile west of Evans Road (225th E Avenue). The property is unplatted and will be used as a laydown yard.
