Background:
On August 18, 2025 Oklahoma Water Resources Board (OWRB) staff conducted a Community Assistance Visit (CAV) regarding the City of Broken Arrow floodplain management program and the participation in the National Flood Insurance Program.
Attached is a letter dated May 26, 2026 from OWRB stating Broken Arrow is effectively promoting and administering the National Flood Insurance Program; also, that OWRB found no deficiencies in Broken Arrow.
