Background:
The project is for the rehabilitation of the waterlines and sewerlines in the Melinda Park neighborhood. This amendment is for the consultant to modify the plans and bidding documents so that one section of the sewerline that needs some additional easement acquisition can be bid as an additive alternate with a remobilization item. By bidding the project this way, the project can move forward with going to construction in the near future and not be delayed by waiting for easement acquisition prior to beginning construction on the other areas of the neighborhood.
Amendment 1 to this Agreement is for $8,600.00 bringing the total Agreement amount up to $232,600.00.
Cost: $8,600.00
