This request is for a monument to be placed in Veterans Park honoring the founding of the Patriot Guard Riders in 2005, by Broken Arrow Citizens, Jeff and Bonnie Brown.
The monument will be funded by the Patriot Guard Riders, and the final design will be presented to the City Council for approval.
