Background:
Stevenson Plumbing has completed the construction for the Broken Arrow Public Schools Transportation and Maintenance Facility. The required improvement is in accordance with approved construction plans and appropriate construction documents. This improvement was constructed under the supervision of the City of Broken Arrow, Department of Engineering and Construction.
Said Improvement is the following: (1) Water.
The owner desires to donate the public improvement identified above to the City. This improvement has an approximate value of $96,018.
