PUD-003108-2026 is a minor amendment to Villages at Stone Wood Hills, PUD-156. The property is located on the northwest corner of the Broken Arrow Expressway (OK State Highway 51) and N. Elm Place (161st East Avenue). It is platted as Lot 1 Block 1of Regent Corner plat.

PUD0031082026 proposes amending the sign requirements for an existing commercial development. Under PUD156, directional signage is currently limited to a maximum display surface area of 4 square feet. The applicant is requesting a revised directional signage package featuring signs with a maximum display surface area of 8.42 square feet.

Importantly, none of the new sign placements will obstruct sight triangles or create visual obstructions that could impair drivers’ views.

The applicant also asks for allowance of light pole banner signs to be allowed. This signage typology is not referenced in the Zoning Code that was adopted at the time this PUD (Planned Unit Development) was adopted.
