Background:
The project SW24050 Glen Eagles V was to perform a survey to aid in the possible design of mitigation of nuisance water.
Council approved $15,000.00 of funds for a survey on 01-16-24. The City of Broken Arrow contracted with a surveying company to perform the survey for $7,498.00.
The survey found the drainage path surveyed contained multiple utilities and a shallow rock ledge that would complicate any alteration of the flow path. Due to higher than anticipated costs, and the limited scale of public benefit design of the project was not recommended to move forward.
