Background:
The Wagoner County Trunk Sewer Line was installed in the 1980s and runs from near New Orleans and 23rd Street up to north of Kenosha and 65th St. This line is made of mostly concrete pipe and receives flow from the Old Adams Creek Lift station then conveys this flow down to the County Line Trunk Sewer. In recent years it has become clear that there is some degree of degradation in this sewer line due to age, pipe material, and receiving sewage that has been pumped multiple times. This degradation has caused several sinkholes along the sewer line. RJN Group, Inc. (RJN) was hired in October of 2021 to perform a Rapid Inspection Tool investigation on this trunk line. The investigation confirmed the degradation of the sewer line and broke down the line into different priorities for replacement.
