Background:
Rezoning case BAZ 1936 (R-3 to DM) was approved by the Broken Arrow City Council on June 15, 2015. Since the property was already platted and there were no changes in utilities, easements, or right-of-way lines, platting was waived. The City Council stipulated that the existing residential structure be brought to current commercial building code standards, which has occurred. The property is generally located on the northwest corner of Main Street and Knoxville Street in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.
