Background:
Based on RFA 26-1404 and RFA 26-1405, approved at the 9/1/2026 City Council, the City of Broken Arrow will utilize the approved funds to carry out this work. The City has been awarded a Fiscal Year 2025 State and Local Cybersecurity Grant Program (SLCGP) grant administered by the Oklahoma Office of Homeland Security (OKOHS), providing for enhancements to endpoint protection and data security.
The project strengthens the City’s cybersecurity capabilities through improved endpoint protection and data security measures. The local share will be funded through the City’s Information Technology budget.
Approval of this resolution authorizes acceptance of the grant award and authorizes the City Manager to execute the grant agreement and all related documents necessary to implement the project using the funds approved under RFA 26-1404 and 26-1405.
