Background:

The Robson Properties, INC, is dedicating right-of-way for purposes of developing the Stone Bluff I subdivision. The right-of-way shown in the attached exhibit and is one of several easements being provided in association with this proposed subdivision.

 

Staff has reviewed the documents and recommends acceptance of the right-of-way dedication.
