Background:

Rezoning case BAZ-1985 (A-1 to RS-2) and PUD-265, which contained 27.97 acres, was approved by the Broken Arrow City Council on October 3, 2017.  The City Council approved BAZ-1985 & PUD-265 subject to the property being platted. The subject property was platted in Tulsa County as The Woods at Jasper Estates on September 17, 2019.  The property is generally located north and west of the northwest corner of Jasper Street (131st Street) and 23rd Street (County Line Road).

 

Staff recommends that the Council adopt Ordinance No. 3819 and approve the Emergency Clause.

 

Zoning Change: A-1 (Agricultural) to RS-2 (Single-Family Residential) along with PUD-265
