The plat for Stacey Lynn Fifth Addition was recorded in Tulsa County on June 19, 1972.  Reserve “A” was created on the northeast corner of Pittsburg Place and Aspen Avenue, which is one-half mile north of Washington Street.

Reserve “A” was established for a sanitary sewer lift station to be located on the property.  The lift station, however, was never constructed and is not needed.  The property owner wants to construct single family residences on the property, which requires an amendment to the plat and certificate of dedication.  The amendment to the plat and certificate of dedication requires the approval of the Planning Commission.
