Background:
The City currently uses the Datto Backupify product for O365 archival for Teams and Email. This RFA is for the renewal of the storage agreement.
SHI is an approved vendor on the Oklahoma state contract and authorized for services under City ordinance per Section 2-27 of the Broken Arrow Code allowing exceptions to the established competitive bidding process.
